1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Measurement Assist provides guidance only and does not guarantee fit. Final measurements remain the customer’s responsibility. Free returns still apply to unfit blinds.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase


3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process

  • After receiving the returned item, inspection will be done

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method


5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
